This is 's character Arcadia. If you are curious about her story and such go to ~vamp-princess-Lumina's images of her :3. Hopefully she is happy with this outcome <3. I sort of combined the styles of two of her outfits into one new one. Totally improvised on the whole boots deal 8D which look pretty much the same as all my boots shh... don't tell . I don't have a whole lot to say about this so yeah :3.
