Description

Here is `touchedvenus's character the Emperor. She commissioned an image of him and which I knocked up a size paper-wise as I was way too slow on this. I hope she happy with the outcome ;o;. I really liked his outfit, and found those awesome finger armor quite difficult to do justice the way she does ;o;.
